Insurance & Payment Details

We recommend checking your insurance benefits before booking to understand what’s covered. Some plans require a referral from your doctor—if that’s the case, we’re happy to help coordinate with your provider.

If your insurance plan doesn’t cover Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT), you’re welcome to continue care at our self-pay rates:

  • $200 – Initial session

  • $100 – Follow-up sessions

💳 FSA/HSA cards are accepted for both self-pay and co-pays.
